- Finalized PROJECT.md incorporating 'Zero-Pollution' constraints
- Enforced native Git portability (git pull sync only)
- Generated ARCHITECTURE.md and STACK.md maps
- Deleted .agent/skills/.gitignore to physically track flattened skills
