AI Memory Compression State (STATE.md)

This file acts as the persistent cross-session memory for AI agents (inspired by the Claude-Mem methodology).

Agents MUST append their session summaries here upon completing significant tasks.

[2026-03-28] Universal Agent Bootstrap Kit Initialization

Action: Initialized .agent, .claude, and .gemini skill directories using ui-ux-pro-max and get-shit-done-cc.
Methodology: Established a Universal SSOT in .agent/workflows/agent_lifecycle_sop.md that dictates TDD and state compression.
Next Steps: Any new feature should rely on reading .agent/SOP and appending decisions to this STATE.md file.
