- Move submodules to .agent/vendor for proper CLI encapsulation.
- Implement extract_skills.js to dynamically flatten 19 active skills.
- Translate CLI skill descriptions to Korean.
- Mask .env.agent in .gitignore ensuring true Zero-Pollution secure template.
